Our warehouse staff are highly educated to pack your items exactly as per the specifications we offer. Prior to shipping your items will be carefully inspected and secured. These warehouses are located in Europe in the same way as they are in the USA.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period in accordance with the item.

We will thoroughly inspect all items before sending. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us since we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. Stocks can be changed at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock when the order has been placed.

The policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you've purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.

You can only return an item if it is unused and still in the same condition when you received it. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
